Top 10 Card Artwork

Card art is overlooked a lot by Yugioh players, sometimes it’s crazy to see some of the art produced by Konami.

Almost all of the new archetypes are completely original, especially the bigger monsters, which is amazing considering there are thousands of different cards out there right now.

Many cards feature mini-stories within them, feature other cards, or encapsulate epic moments in the Yugioh TV series.

Gone are the days of works of art like dissolverock & kurama.

Newer cards, as well as new artwork for old cards, have improved the game.

Pretty much a useless card in terms of gameplay, but the art is pretty cool.

Konami likes to release a series of card arts, so there will likely be a sequel to this card in the future.

7. Shipping Inspector

What makes this card’s art so amazing is how it looks at Secret Rare.

It’s definitely the best rarity of them all, but few cards pull it off as well as Inspector Boarder.

One of the best aspects of Yugioh is pulling off a grand strategy to summon an epic monster, you always feel like the duelist is seen in this card art.

More art is really needed with duelists performing actions!

Most cards based on Exodia are amazing, this particular card art is the only one that really shows off the incredible power of Exodia.

3. Blue-Eyes White Dragon (Alternate Art)

While the original art of the Blue-Eyes White Dragon is forever embedded in the heart of every Duelist, it is quite out of date.

1. Slifer the Sky Dragon (Alternate Art)

All of Slifer’s alternate arts are awesome, but this particular variant, found in the 2019 Gold Sarcophagus Tinis the best.

Frankly, no other monster looks as epic and intimidating as Slifer in this card art.

Flying high, while raining down levels of lightning nukes, nothing else compares.
